Solution - Unplug the AC Power from the Cable Box or Satellite Receiver, Wait 10 seconds, then plug back the AC Power.
The Unit will reboot, may take a couple of minutes to get a complete update. HD Cable Boxes, wait until the time appears, then turn on the Box and Sound problem should be resolved.
If you still have no Audio then you will need to contact your technician to come check things out.
