The new feature is Siri, virtual personal assistant.Voice activated, on the iPhone keyboard there is a picture of a mic to select Siri or hold the home button.

I find the iPhone 4S is made by Apple, JUST to catch up to the other Smartphones on the market, Nothing really new.
